Amino acid sequences downstream of exon 3 resulting from 3′ splicing of OPRM1

The amino acid sequences resulting from 3′ splicing are presented. Although some of the variants share the same downstream exons, the translated amino acid sequences for all sets of exons are unique because of frame shifts and the early termination. Note that 5′ splicing results in several variants with identical exon compositions downstream of exon 3 and these all share the same amino acid sequences.
