About the cover: "A Brief History of Great Discoveries in Pharmacology. . ." by Dr. Ronald Rubin (see page 289 of this issue) launches a series of articles celebrating the centennial of the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics in 2008. "Centennial Perspectives" will be published in three of the Society's other journals (Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, Molecular Pharmacology, and Drug Metabolism and Disposition) throughout ASPET's centennial year.
